The Vortex is a marriage of the best features of two rear screen technologies— optical and diffusion. A 0.5 mm Fresnel lens gathers the light from the projector and directs it at a right angle through the screen. As the light exits the screen on the audience side, a diffusion medium redistributes the light evenly in all directions—up, down, left, right and center. It features superior resolution, superb color contrast, an exceptionally wide viewing cone in both the horizontal and vertical axes, extraordinary center-to-corner brightness ratio, and uniform brightness without hot spots. Designed for use with single lens projectors. The charcoal grey tint provides superior color contrast even under harsh ambient light. Gain 2.0 Prices below are for screen only. System 100—Simple, clean frame for smaller rear screens. Adds 1-3/4" to overall height and width of screen; reduces viewing area by 7/8" in each dimension. Choice of clear anodized or black finish (black standard).
System 200—Substantial frame system for screens up to 8' x 10' in size. Adds 4-1/4" to overall size of screen; reduces clear viewing area by 1" in each dimension.  Select clear anodized or black finish (black standard).
System 400—Simplifies your installation. No finish carpentry required. Has a 1-3/4" wide dress trim that hides the opening. The audience only sees an attractive frame around a rear screen. Reduces clear viewing area by 1" in each dimension. Black finish.
